We have over 1,000 used car, truck, van, and SUV tires in stock, and offer a large selection of new tires. And talk about price! Hooper’s average used tire price (50-90% of the tread left) is only $45 installed! That’s an average savings of $80 per tire vs new.
Originating in Rochester, word traveled fast about our excellent prices and service to our neighbors east of us. When we realized people were traveling 90 miles to get the best deal in town, we decided to open up shop in Syracuse. And we’ve never looked back. Our Syracuse shop is thriving, just as Rochester is.
In January of 2020, we suffered a devastating fire to our Rochester property. Throughout our rebuild, we had time to reflect on our business ethics. And once again, customer service came out as our #1 priority and was placed as one of our core values. We reopened on October 13, 2020, with an enhanced customer experience. You have to see for yourself.
Our tires are thoroughly inspected and tested by our team of tire specialists with modern, advanced tools and equipment. All tires are size-labeled, the tread is measured and then they’re stored in our indoor dry environment until you buy them. And all used tires are backed by a guarantee that no other used tire company can offer. We stand proudly behind our products.

Tire repair - plugs, patches, valve stems (non-TPMS (tire pressure monitor services)), and rim seals all reasonably priced.
Tire Pressure Monitor Services (free diagnostic with sensor purchases) - TPMS sensor diagnostic, TPMS sensor system reset/program, new TPMS valve stem installation, programmed.
Additional tire services - tire mounting, tire balancing, and tire rotation.
Tire installation - when you buy your tires with us, take advantage of our FREE, expert tire installation services.
